Bake or Die has 12 unlockable classes, bought with nuggets in the lobby. Every class below is cross-checked between Pro Game Guides and Games.GG. The tier (S → D) tells you the ceiling, but starting items and Level 3 perks tell you what each class actually feels like to play.

Spend nuggets at the lobby class stand. Cheapest classes (Baker, Repairman) cost very little, S-tier classes (Gunslinger, Bombastica, Gladiator) cost more but are far stronger.
Class is selected in the lobby before each round. You play that class for the round.
Gunslinger or Bombastica. Gunslinger has the best cost-to-value ratio. Bombastica scales hardest into Bake or Die's late waves and bosses.
